• No Returns: We do not accept returns for items once they have been purchased.

• Remake Time for Earrings: For damaged clay earrings, please allow additional time for the item to be remade. In some cases, earrings may need to be crafted from scratch, which can take up to three weeks. After production, please allow an additional week for shipping, so the entire process may take up to a month.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the damaged item back to us and receiving the exchanged item.
