Refund policy

  1. Refunds: Refunds are only available for items that are damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if there are any issues, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at fruitbykellieandpenelope@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect.

  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at fruitbykellieandpenelope@gmail.com We will guide you through the process, including where to send the item. Please note that returns will only be accepted with prior approval from our team.

  3. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them, including original packaging.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom items cannot be refunded.

  5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
