We ship worldwide from Thailand to bring a piece of tropical paradise directly to you!

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak times, processing may take longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method:
- Domestic (Thailand): 5-7 business days.
- International: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your email.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Fruit by Kellie & Penelope is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an issue arises, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist.
